The April Exhibits Have Arrived

Three gorgeous new exhibits open in KACC's galleries today.

In the Avery Gallery is the Guadalupe Watercolor Group (GWG) Annual Judged Show. Members of the GWG are displaying the best of their recent works to compete for awards.

In the Cornels Gallery the seniors in the Schreiner University Graphic Arts Program are displaying their final graphic arts projects. These projects are more than just works of art, they include marketing plans and activities for gallery visitors.

In the Derby Gallery members of the Hill Country Quilt Guild have participated in a mini-quilt challenge. The members were given a theme and three swatches of fabric to include in the mini quilt. The quilts are offered in a silent auction and are on display to promote the Quilt Festival in Kerrville on May 26 & 27.

All three exhibits are on display until May 13. An artist & Awards reception will take place on April 22, 2-4 pm.
