Eligibility – Open to any artist painting in any medium using the PLEIN AIR technique. Participating artists must paint original works on location during the event using surfaces with stamped registration codes that will be provided at no charge.

Regular Registration Fee – $85
Early Registration Fee $75 (before 7/31/14)
Registration Fee Refunded If Application Is Not Accepted.
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent within 30 days of application.

This event is juried and painters will be evaluated based on evidence of past work submitted along with registration fee (Early or Regular). Artists with their work already posted on a website may submit the URLs of three of their works for evaluation; otherwise 3 examples of the applicant’s work should accompany the application as JPEG files no larger than 1080 Pixels in any direction. The Judge for this year’s KOPE is Phil Bob Borman, a noted Texas artist who works in both 2-D and 3-D media.
